PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Stow City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., in the 

Council Chambers of Stow City Hall, 3760 Darrow Road, Stow, Ohio, to discuss Ordinance No. 2023-93, 

entitled:

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-093 AN ORDINANCE ENACTED PURSUANT TO SECTION  1137.08,  ENTITLED  "AMENDMENTS",  

TO  PROVIDE  FOR  THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING  DISTRICTS MAP AND ZONING DISTRICTS BY RECLASSIFYING 

FROM “I-1 7 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL TO I-2 INDUSTRIAL” OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON ALLEN ROAD, KNOWN AS 

PARCEL NOS. 56-11129 AND 56-03063; AND  AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING DISTRICTS MAP THEREFOR.

This notice was posted at the six (6) most public places in the municipality pursuant to C.O.S 5.01 “Posting Places”, Charter Sections 4.12 “Public Notice” and 10.05 “Public Hearings by Council”:
