UPDATE: The City of Stow was informed that Energy Transfer has completed the work on the route in areas south of Progress Park Drive and will now work from Progress Park heading north to Young Road.
Sunoco Pipeline L.P. (“Sunoco”), on behalf of Inland Corporation, operates and maintains a high-pressure transmission pipeline through or adjacent to property in Stow and will be conducting right-of-way clearing operations within its easements along the pipeline route in areas south of Progress Park Drive. As part of maintaining a safe and reliable pipeline system, it is necessary to have pipeline right-of-ways clear of trees, brush, undergrowth and overhanging tree limbs interfering with patrol, access and maintenance activities related to pipeline operations.
The anticipated start date for right-of-way clearing operations will be on or about January 8, 2024; however, this is subject to change due to weather, system operations or other circumstances. Sunoco and/or its designated contractor will be removing all trees, brush and other types of growth, including side trimming overhanging limbs, within the referenced pipeline right-of-way.
All residents in the area to be affected have received written communication from Sunoco Pipeline L.P. Sunoco values positive relationships with property owners and will utilize best management practices as a prudent operator to maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations.
