The City of Stow is excited to once again present the Stow Summer Sunset Blast, a family-oriented community event that is free and open to the entire community! The Blast is held each year at Silver Springs Park (5238 Young Rd., Stow, OH) during Labor Day weekend. As always, there will be plenty of festive food, kid’s activities, inflatables, games, music, beer - including craft beer from Missing Mountain, live bands, and the best grand finale fireworks show in the area!
The two-day event is scheduled for September 2-3, 2023 from 5pm-10pm each night. Admission and parking is free. Attendees will want to bring money to purchase delicious festival food, sweet treats, and beverages from food truck vendors. Some vendors take cash only, an ATM machine will be on site for your cash needs (the provider will include a surcharge per transaction.)
“This is one of our best events of the year and there is something for everyone,” said Mayor John Pribonic. “We want to see as many residents as possible come out and enjoy themselves.”
Join us in the HIGH ADVENTURE ZONE ($5/daily admission) from 5pm-10pm both nights to enjoy kids’ inflatables, a petting zoo, rock-wall, euro bungee, spin cycle, and more. The Petting Zoo closes at 8:00 pm. Live music at the event will include Dance Party Band, THE PLAYERS CLUB performing on Saturday from 6pm–10pm, and Cover Band, KARRI FEDOR & KEROSENE performing Sunday from 7pm–10pm. Our famous fireworks display is on Sunday at 9pm to close out the holiday weekend.
