Stow City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of Stow City Hall, 3760 Darrow Road, Stow, Ohio, to discuss petition to vacate roads, entitled:

In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code Sections 723.06 and 723.07, notice is hereby given that, City of Stow City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 5:30 PM at the Stow City Hall in Council Chamber, 3760 Darrow Rd., Stow, OH. The topic of the public hearing will be the intention of the city to vacate roads designated in the petition to vacate roads identified as TAFT AVENUE, HARDING AVENUE, ADAMS AVENUE, and partially vacate MADISON AVENUE received by council on August 18, 2023 and planning commission’s recommendation.

This notice was posted at the six (6) most public places in the municipality pursuant to C.O.S Chapter 125.01 “Posting Places”, Charter Sections 4.12 “Public Notice” and 10.05 “Public Hearings by Council”:
