Celebrating Juneteenth: Community Conversations & Reflections

Join the Stow-Munroe Falls DEI Initiative on June 19 to observe Juneteenth in Stow and participate in a special Community Conversation session. 
Hear from local historians and nonprofit leaders on the history of Juneteenth in our country and in our local community. Immediately following, enjoy some small bites and come together with neighbors to discuss a variety of topics to strengthen our understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion.
This year's Community Conversation is modeled after the community gathering programs at the Akron Community Foundation. The "On the Table" program offered friends and strangers alike the chance to converse and gain a deeper understanding of the community around us. We're excited to bring that energy to Stow-Munroe Falls.
