Building Department Online Permit Portal

Submit an online application from anywhere, 24/7, and monitor the status of the application online. You can also receive notifications via email as your application is reviewed and processed. You may also request inspections, communicate with inspectors or staff, pay for permits, and receive documents all through the new portal. First-time visitors to the site will need to create an account and password and an online profile.  

Permits and Applications

Residential Permitting: 

Homeowners may use the portal to apply for new home construction and demolitions, patios, driveways, pools, spas, additions and alterations to a home, HVAC, accessory structures, roofs, fences, decks and home occupations.

Business/Commercial Permitting:

A business may use the portal to apply for contractor registration, new commercial/industrial structure, signage for a business, commercial accessory structure, change of use or occupancy, additions and exterior alterations.

Online Permit Inquiry:

Users can request an inspection of permit of record, view inspections performed of permit of record, view permit of record data (location, contractor, etc.), view contractors or current registration information.
