Rt. 91 and Norton Road Project
8/4: The project is scheduled to be completed over the next month. S.E.T., Inc. has started the final phases.
Concrete work is being completed over the next week. Asphalt work may begin as early as August 10th and will last a couple of weeks to grind the pavement, place two levels of asphalt, and finish pavement markings. Daily lane closures, traffic pattern shifts, and traffic delays are expected during this work.
Traffic signals at S.R. 91/Norton Road and S.R. 91/Fishcreek Road will be coordinated and completed this month. Bike trail work will be completed when the final pavement goes down in the next few weeks. Seeding and mulching, punch list items, and final clean up will occur over the next month. All work is scheduled to be completed by September 15, 2017, weather dependent.

State Rt. 8 – Paving
8/4: Karvo Paving has revised the asphalt repairs, grinding and resurfacing schedule to begin southbound on RT 8 on Monday, August 14th and northbound will start a few days later. Ramp work will begin around the end of the month. All asphalt work is projected to be completed mid- September followed by safety and pavement markings.
This work on Rt 8 is weather dependent and the schedule is subject to change.
Leewood Road at the stream crossing
8-7 thru 8-28
8/4: The City of Stow has hired a contractor to replace the large pipe under Leewood Rd. between 3886 and 3906. In order to perform this work we must shut down the roadway for 21 days. Addresses 3886 to 3722 should enter from the South end of Leewood to gain access to their residence. Addresses 3897 to 3970 should enter from the North end of Leewood to gain access to their residence.
